Our Company

Manor Park Holdings

Manor Park Management (MPM) is a family-owned real estate operating company dedicated to the properties in the Manor Park Holdings (MPH) portfolio. It was founded over 40 years ago to manage a single apartment. Since then, MPH has grown to include multi-family residential, office buildings, retail plazas and hotels, all within Ottawa, with MPM serving as its operating and development manager.

Early plans (circa 1946)

Included in the brochure for Manor Park Village, which were later altered including the relocation of the shopping areas to the southeast intersection of St. Laurent Boulevard and Hemlock Road.

The Area Today

Manor Park Estates is generally located at the intersection of St. Laurent Boulevard and Hemlock Road, and along Brittany Drive. Manor Park Estates (the northern section) are set within an existing low-rise neighbourhood with extensive tree canopy. Manor Park Heights (the southern section) have existing high-rise buildings and changes in topography.

Project Team

MPM has retained Fotenn Planning + Design, an award-winning integrated team of planners, urban designers, and landscape architects; along with Renfroe Land Management, project management; Novatech Engineering Consultants Ltd., civil engineers; CGH Transportation Inc. and Momentum Planning and Communications.
